Introducing Bree:

A Personal Journey of Passion and Purpose

About me

Across my career journey, I have assumed various roles, each contributing to my professional and personal growth. I started with a clinical career in 2006 serving Australia as an Air Force paramedic, then qualified as a registered nurse working both disciplines for many years and enjoying the opportunities to work remotely and in highly stressful environments. I then moved into management, leading a rehabilitation company in Tasmania. I specialised in assisting veterans and individuals reintegrate into the workforce. I specialised in assisting veterans with complex PTSD to find purpose post medical discharge.

Drawing upon my healthcare background, I am driven by a strong desire to assist others. I possess a profound passion for inclusive design, efficiency, cultivating a positive corporate environment, and mitigating staff turnover. My fascination lies in understanding human behaviour and the intricacies of decision-making. Above all, my ultimate objective is to make a meaningful contribution to the construction of an inclusive community, actively promoting awareness and comprehension of disability and the various factors that shape the human experience.
